The homeowner contacted us because they were injured and on pain meds and fell asleep while the bathtub was running. The tub overflowed from the 2nd to the 1st floor, causing water damage to the carpet and drywall. We performed emergency water extraction and removed the affected drywall and insulation. We then rebuilt the damaged areas so it was better than before it flooded.
