Took our large area rug to be cleaned- first came here 2 years ago and had a GREAT experience, price was good and had rug back in 5 days! However-,as a repeat customer this last month there was a poor experience but they made it right! Will CONTINUE to HIGHLY RECOMMEND them as they stand behind their work and fix things in a timely manner! Thanks!
