4/14/2022 update:
Everything below is still true; however, I am revising from 5 to 4 stars because the billing was not done as was promised in an email sent to me in December, and we ended up paying more (which was never adequately explained).
Over the years we've had some experience with water damage and flooding and have used a number of different businesses. All American has been by far the best. Honest, professional, on time, and overall did a great job. I couldn't be more impressed. -
