Terri Weekes
Business Manager
Terri joined the All American team in 1983 and she has committed to the rewarding work of helping people find hope and peace in the midst of their storms ever since. Terri enjoys golfing, going to dinner with friends, driving her restored 1969 mustang, traveling, and visiting her wonderful kids and grandkids.Terri finds the most rewarding part of her job is helping her customers navigate the restoration process and even caring for them after the job is done.

Amy Elliott
Assistant Business Manager
Amy has been caring for our customers and our team since 1999. She enjoys camping, fishing, and other great outdoor Idaho activities, and her greatest joy and passion is her family.

Adam Rowbury
HR Manager
Adam joined the All American team in 2024 with a desire to build up and support the amazing people who make up this company. Adam loves hiking, playing board games with his family, and connecting with people. Adam’s top priorities in life are to love God and love others.
Bryan Hancock
Pocatello Chief Project Manager
As a Water Loss Specialist (WLS), Bryan has continuously advanced his knowledge and experience to more effectively serve our customers, our communities, and our company since 1997. He loves the outdoors and places a premium on high quality workmanship.
Fletch Mullins
Idaho Falls Chief Project Manager
Fletch established a working relationship with All American in 1998 as a sub-contractor and he later joined the company officially in 2008. All in all, Fletch has been contributing to this company’s mission for nearly 3 decades. Fletch enjoys camping and fishing, metal detecting, and blacksmithing, but what is most important to him is his family.
Paul Edwards
Project Manager
Paul has dedicated himself to the support and service of All American, our many customers, and our community partners since 2012. He enjoys spending his time camping, fishing, building, remodeling, and working with his hands. What he values most is his family, his children, and his work family.
