Ryan Perrenoud18 April 2026Had a pump behind my house in the golf course blow a pressure valve at some point in the middle of the night. Causing our backyard to flood and the water reached the garage and finally made its way to the basement. We called All American to ask some questions and their response time was quick. Their crew was here all day working hard to try and get our house cleaned up. I wish I would have got the names of the guys working at our house because they deserve a shout out. From the crew working in our home to the guys stopping in to check on everything, all the way to Terri in the office as well as the lady welcoming you into the office. They do alot. Spray, brush the carpet, then use the vacuum wet wand. They paid close attention to the details and asked enough questions to know problem areas. This company is the appitomy of professional. Oh and they left about 11 huge fans at my home which they'll pick up tmrw. Wow. I'm coming back to them for sure. It’s nice when people are kind to you when you are in a crisis and don’t know what to do. The gentleman that came with Paul to put the fans in were also very gracious and kind. Very professional and Our dogs just love them. We are still in the process of putting the house back together. But Paul has been here and keeping us in the loop even when he was on his vacation. The gentleman that are here putting the sheet rock up Are also very knowledgeable and kind. They always get back to me and let me know what schedule they are on. I left a pot cooking on stove by accident and came back hours later to house filled with thick, acrid smoke. All american was fantastic! Cleaned entire house, curtains, furnishings. At the end there was still a faint smell of smoke and they recleaned living room furniture and re did the carpets until there is no longer any smell. I can tell you that these guys are hands down the absolutely best company I've ever seen! I'm not sure how any other company could possibly hope to compete. I had my living room, movie room, babies room, 2 hallways and a set of stairs cleaned and it was less then $300! In addition they spent over 2 hours doing to the best job I've ever seen, they moved our furniture, scrubbed out the stains and steam cleaned all the floors! When they were done they left 7 fans to dry the carpets over the next 24 hours and a hepa filter to clean the air while it was drying. As long as there quality stays the same, I will never and I mean never, use any other company. The quality is absolutely the best, before today I would clean my own carpets because all the other companies I used were a pain in the backside to work with, and I've used several. But that's come to an end now, If I had known the difference in my carpets was going to be so substantial I would have taken before and after pictures for you! They removed stains that were several years old that 2 other companies couldn't remove. The last time my carpets looked this clean they were new! We have had 8 floods with each one from a different source. I can say that each restoration was timely, professional, and well done. From the first call to Brian who manages the cleanup it has been a pleasure to work with him and all of his crews from the painter to Dennis the carpet cleaner. All of the people that come into your house are quality craftsmen and take the utmost care in protecting the area while they work. Brian is always in contact with us to give us daily/weekly reports of progress and to notify us when workers will be there. The best part of having a flood is working with Brian, the local representative, as he is so efficient at getting the crews in to get going on water removal all the way to completion. When your house is compromised suddenly, you are somewhat traumatized and feel displaced. He is great at helping you feel better by quickly organizing restoration crews- sometimes if they are in the area- it is minutes. It is an impressive company ... professional, responsive and reliable. In winter 2025, with spring storm season approaching, we knew our roof needed major repairs. The process of vetting and reviewing roof-repair bids on our own was too time-consuming and stressful. So we turned to All American again, this time to serve as general contractor. It was well worth the added expense. All American connected us to a reliable roofing company, oversaw the contract, and assured at every stage that communication was good, the roofer was responsive to our concerns, and that the job was done well. I would only call All American Restoration service !! They were here the day we phoned, with dryers, floor coverings, boxes and furniture blankets. They took charge of removing and protecting the paintings on the walls, the appliances, clothing… shoes… purses, in the dressing room etc. After the home was protected from further damage, they scoured the area for the cabinet makers, rug cleaners, painters and speciality surface cleaners. Restoration takes time. We had to be patient. But rest assured, we got our home back and you will also. They responded to our big water leak, that went through 3 floors, within about 10 hours. Our problem happened late in the evening. Repairs dragged out a bit as they were extremely busy in the middle of winter. The repairs were generally done well with minimal rework, especially the sheetrock walls that needed extensive new wall material then texturing and paint matching. Our carpet is 16 years old and is beginning to show signs of wear and tear. Chris and his team did a fantastic job. They were a totally professional crew, courteous and respectful of the fact I was working from home on the day they came to do the job. They arrived on time, provided an estimate, and got to work. They completed the job in the time frame and the estimated price they quoted. They returned the next morning to pick up the fans and take the blocks off of the furniture. Most importantly our carpets look brand new again, and we are thrilled with the service they provided.
