This home flooded as a result of a failed water line on the second floor. The water quickly spread throughout the upper level and came down into the main level through the ceiling and the staircase. Much of the main level ceiling collapsed due to water damage, and the hardwood flooring was ruined. 

We stripped most of the interior walls and all of the floors down to the bare wood for this restoration due to the degree of water damage. This homeowner opted to have some upgrades completed in the home during the restoration process. We were able to completely restore this home as well as improve the functionality and appeal.
