Summary: This home flooded as a result of a failed dishwasher line. In a relatively short period of time, the water migrated from the kitchen and spread in multiple directions, making its way into the dining room, living room, bathroom, bedrooms, laundry, and storage rooms. The water then entered the basement through the floor and stairway. 

This was a huge restoration project due to the extent of the water damage. Fortunately, we were able to mitigate the water damage quickly, remove wet contents, dry out the structural materials, and restore this home to its former beauty.
